Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our Finance and Accounts department in any of the below mentioned roles. Successful candidates will contribute to the efficient and compliant financial operations of our hospital, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing, and insightful financial analysis.

Potential Roles

Accounts Payable: Handle end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, tax deductions and deposits, vendor management, and bank reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable: Manage the hospital's accounts receivable, including claims processing and submission to various payers (insurance companies, government), follow-up on outstanding accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and providing customer service to patients regarding their accounts.
Cashier: Receive payments via cash, check, credit card, or other methods. Issue receipts, manage cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and handle basic inquiries.
Taxation: Handle all taxation-related matters including direct taxes (corporate tax returns), GST, and other indirect taxes. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage tax assessments, and policies.
Revenue Assurance: Monitor and analyze revenue streams to ensure accurate billing and collection. Identify and resolve discrepancies, implement controls to maximize revenue, and potentially contribute to pricing strategies.
Financial Accounting and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes. Project-specific financial tracking as needed.
Billing Management: Oversee/manage billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing, managing the revenue cycle, and address billing inquiries.

Qualification

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2-10 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
