Develop and manage a strong network of referring doctors and clinics across assigned regions including Noida, East/West/South/North Delhi, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Agra, Dehradun, Gaya, Gorakhpur, Haridwar, Mathura, Meerut, Moradabad, Patna, and Saharanpur.
Establishes efficient interface with the corporate, Public Sector Units, Physicians & patients for promoting the services offered by the Medanta.
Creates database of Potential Public Sector Unit’s, Corporate, Government agencies, across India.
Participates actively in health camps, health talks & community outreach programs.
Acquire new corporate clients across the areas assigned.
Engage and retain the accounts mapped through regular interaction and Health activities with client ensuring business.
Conceives plans and organizes activities to promote Medanta.
Participates regularly in meetings and performance reviews.
Maintains and tracks ‘patients’ inflow vis-à-vis corporate Relations team Targets.
Complies with patient safety policy.
Achieves predefined revenue targets
Responsible for imparting/ organizing functional training for the subordinates
Any other duties assigned by the Deputy General Manager- Marketing.
