Job Description
· Monthly audits related NABH/JCI
· Preparation of reports
· Closure of observation & non-compliance
· Training the staff about JCI/ NABH.
· Process Audits.
· Updating of Quality Indicators on daily basis.
· Incidents analysis.
· Closure of all incidents with RCA & CAPA (within TAT)
· Patient feedback analysis, improvement & closure.
· Carry’s out duties with due regard to the nursing Mission, Vision, Objectives of the organization and the nursing department
· Quality Improvement Projects.
· TNI identification & follow up.
· Documentation Compliance
· Operational excellence compliance
· Quality Indicators compliance.
· Infection control practice compliance
· Nursing Audit Score.
· Patient positive feedback
Qualification
Appropriate qualification and statutory nursing registration in the state –GNM/BSC/ MSC
Experience
1-3 years
