Job Description
- To lead the team of Registered Nurses and Nursing aides in the provision of optimal quality nursing care within available resources, working internal rotation of shifts.
- Provides leadership & direction to the staff in the areas assigned
- Aligns everyone to the Vision, Mission of the Department
- Gears up everyone to achieve targets laid down.
- Ensures all members of staff receive support and mentorship.
- Supervises and teaches less experienced staff nurses and student nurses to be effective in their areas of work.
Qualification
· Appropriate qualification and statutory nursing registration in the state – GNM/BSC/MSC
Experience
10-15 years
