Job Description
To lead the team of Registered Nurses and Nursing aides in the provision of optimal quality nursing care within available resources, working internal rotation of shifts.
Job Objective
Responsible for serving as a mentor to new recruits and existing nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendation
Is responsible for the overall administration of the units assigned.
Ensures the implementation of all NABH/JCI standards
Ensures accuracy and completion of nursing documentation within the time frame
Is responsible for personnel management, operations management, planning and patient care management.
Accepts Professional accountability for own practice as a Registered Nurse and to work at all times within the code of conduct of Nursing.
Qualification
Appropriate qualification and statutory nursing registration in the state – GNM/BSC/MSC.
Experience
7-10 years
