Job Description
- Induction training of New Joiner staff.
- Handholding of new joiner
- Incident based improvement training.
- Department specific module based training.
- Training on JCI, NABH standards & guidelines.
- BLS/ACLS trainings.
- Continuous nursing education.
- Refresher trainings.
- Updating of Quality Indicators on daily basis.
- Incidents analysis.
- Closure of all incidents with RCA & CAPA (within TAT) along with Nursing Quality.
- Patient feedback analysis, improvement & closure.
- Carry’s out duties with due regard to the nursing Mission, Vision, Objectives of the organization and the nursing department.
Qualification
Appropriate qualification and statutory nursing registration in the state – BSC/MSC Nursing
Experience
3-7 years
