Job Description
Jay Prabha Medanta Superspecialty Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage nursing services . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) guidelines, and effective nursing operations.
Qualification
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred) with valid Nursing Council registration.
25+ years of experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
Strong working knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.
Experience in managing ICU, OT, Emergency, and specialty units.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in quality assurance, infection control, and patient safety.
Proficiency in HIS, EMR/EHR systems, and documentation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage critical situations and patient grievances effectively.
Certifications in BLS/ACLS and Infection Control preferred.
