Job Description
• Overseeing all inquiries and booking pertaining to laboratory services
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-ups
• Managing a spectrum of telephone interactions – both incoming and outgoing
• Coordinating inquiries linked to franchise and collection centre opportunities
• Monitoring, evaluating, and proposing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction within the hospital
• Pre-Register the patients prior to their visit telephonically
• Attend and resolve patient’s questions and complaints, if any
• Act as a bridge between external customers and various Hospital Departments.
• Act as a bridge between various internal departments of the Hospital.
• Keeps a track of all the patients calling from various sources for analytical purpose.
• Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
• Handle any other task or responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager/ Management.
Job Objective
To provide excellent service with interpersonal skills to the customers/patients and manage the queries efficiently and in timely manner.
Qualification
Graduate/ Diploma in any stream with prior experience in hospital/ diagnostic labs.

1-3 years
