Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Job Location: Gurgaon Head Office (6 days working and working from office)
1. Coordinate and oversee the setup of upcoming diagnostic labs in the assigned regions.
2. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards during the setup process.
3. Work closely with the Lab Head/Head of Department (HOD) to manage daily operations effectively.
4. Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and productivity to achieve operational goals.
5. Manage inventory levels and consumption of lab materials and supplies.
6. Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize wastage and ensure availability.
7. Address queries from sales teams related to lab reports and results.
8. Compile and publish daily and monthly reports on Turnaround Time (TAT), inventory consumption, and other key metrics.
9. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in lab operations.
10. Conduct training sessions for lab staff on laboratory processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
11. Ensure continuous professional development of the team to enhance skills and knowledge.
12. Handle any other task or responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager/ Management.
Job Objective
The role involves managing the setup and smooth functioning of diagnostic laboratories. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of lab projects within defined budgets and quality standards and driving operational efficiency once the labs are functional.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in operations management within the healthcare or diagnostic lab industry.
