Location : Gurgaon
Work Days : 6 days (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)
- Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
- Handling calls — both inbound and outbound
- Having knowledge of Home Care Services
- Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
- Home Care operations assigned by supervisor
