Job Description
1. Generate regular reports for sales and management, tracking key performance indicators and identifying trends.
2. Facilitate communication between sales reps, customers, and internal departments.
3. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and presentations to enhance collaboration and information flow.
4. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
6. Provide support to sales team members on administrative processes and systems.
7. Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide better support the sales team.
8. Ensure accurate real-time visibility of sales team performance.
9. Work on analytics projects, conducting deep dives to extract insights from data and build analytical frameworks.
10. Report sales and campaign results to managers and stakeholders, handling additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager/Management.
Job Objective
To collaborate with intra departments such as sale & marketing, finance, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and effectively manage the leads, customer experience and sales data.
Qualification
Qualification Required:
* Graduate/ Postgraduate in any stream
Mandatory Required Skill Sets:
* 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in Sales Administration
* Good in analyzing data with hands on experience in MS Excel / Power BI
* Strong collaboration skills with cross functional team
* Good in managing various internal & external stakeholders
NOTE - We are Six days working and working from office.
