Dr Nishant Singh is a Knee, Shoulder and Trauma surgeon based in Patna, India. His work includes shoulder arthroscopic procedures, knee ligament reconstructions, & patellofemoral surgery. He treats knee & shoulder arthritis and undertakes partial and total knee replacements, shoulder replacements. He also performs Joint preservation surgery, arthroscopy, cartilage and trauma surgery.

Dr Nishant attended Science College in Patna before his basic medical and Orthopaedic specialty training in Mumbai and Miraj respectively. He was then awarded the IAA (Indian Arthroplasty Association) travelling fellowship before embarking to the United Kingdom for further training at Kings College Hospital London, Addenbrookes Hospital Cambridge, Homerton University Hospital London. He was awarded FRCS (Tr &Orth) Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in the United Kingdom, Diplomate of SICOT & MCh (Tr & Orth) Wrightington Hospital & Edge Hill University, UK.

He brings a modern approach to sports injuries and arthritis care. Much of this experience gained from fellowships 1. Sports Injury Fellowship, University Hospital, Cardiff, UK . 2. The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham, UK- Knee & Shoulder – Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty Fellowship. He has worked with medical teams caring for several professional sports teams in the UK.
