Job Description
A Senior Resident in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) is responsible for providing pre- and post-operative patient care, assisting in complex surgeries, and supervising junior staff. Key duties include performing patient rounds, managing cases, collaborating with consultants and other specialists, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols. This role also involves communicating with patients and their families, maintaining medical records, and participating in training and research.
