Job Description
- Provide expert consultation and management for critically ill patients
- Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team in the intensive care unit (ICU)
- Coordinate and optimize patient care plans, including ventilator management and hemodynamic support
- Conduct rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care
