The role will be responsible for delivering seamless, compassionate, and efficient service in OPD & IPD Services, and Admissions. Key Responsibilities: OPD & IPD Billing: Manage outpatient billing including health check-ups & diagnostics billing, registrations, ensure timely and error-free billing and support for walk-in and appointment-based patients.Admissions: Handle complete inpatient processes from patient admission to discharge. Responsibilities include room allocation, estimate sharing, advance collection, interim/final billing, and coordination with clinical teams. Liaise with internal TPA desk to facilitate cashless and reimbursement processes.
