Medanta is seeking Patient Care Services professionals for our upcoming multi-specialty hospital in Noida. The role will be responsible for delivering seamless, compassionate, and efficient service in OPD & IPD Services, and Admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

OPD & IPD Billing: Manage outpatient billing including health check-ups & diagnostics billing, registrations, ensure timely and error-free billing and support for walk-in and appointment-based patients.

Admissions: Handle complete inpatient processes from patient admission to discharge. Responsibilities include room allocation, estimate sharing, advance collection, interim/final billing, and coordination with clinical teams. Liaise with internal TPA desk to facilitate cashless and reimbursement processes. Ensure accurate documentation for empaneled patients.

• Executive (Billing, Helpdesk & Reports)

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in any stream

Key Skills:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of hospital billing systems, medical terminology, and HIS platforms
· Patient-centric approach with a calm and empathy
· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, billing software)
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced hospital environments

Experience

Relevant experience in a healthcare setup, preferably a multi-specialty hospital with exposure to OPD/IPD billing, admissions, and TPA insurance.
