The role will be responsible for footfalls and revenue through various channels including Corporate, TPA/Insurance, International Sales, PSU/State Government relations, Community Outreach, and Wellness programs. The incumbent will also lead Referral Sales across multiple target regions.Key Roles· Corporate/TPA/Insurance: Engage and maintain relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance partners, and facilitate empanelment, medical tie-ups, and wellness drives.· International Sales: Liaise with embassies, facilitators, and international community; coordinate travel, medical packages, and patient support services.· PSU/State Govt: Build relationships with public sector undertakings and government bodies for empanelment and schemes.· Community Outreach: Plan and execute outreach activities including camps, health talks, RWAs, schools, and corporates for brand visibility.· Referral Sales: Develop and manage a strong network of referring doctors and clinics across assigned regions including Noida, East/West/South/North Delhi, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Agra, Dehradun, Gaya, Gorakhpur, Haridwar, Mathura, Meerut, Moradabad, Patna, and Saharanpur.· Wellness and Preventive Health: Advocate health check-ups, wellness programs, and diagnostics to individuals and corporate clients.· Marketing Assistant: Support brand-building initiatives, internal branding, and coordinating with digital, media, and creative teams.
