Position: Manager Billing

Location: Indore

Role & responsibilities

Manage IPD/OPD billing operations.

• Billing / Front Office/ OPD Billing including Counselling Admissions, Emergency, TPA, PSU, Dispatch, Ayushman Bharat, Payment Settlement, Cash/ Credit Control and SOP Implementation.
• Taking care of Pricing & package for IPD, OPD & Emergency Billing as well as credit billing (TPA, Corporate, CGHS, ECHS, etc.) and dispatch.
• Auditing IPD & OPD bills to minimize revenue leakage and errors of bills before submitting, receivables, refunds, admission/discharge.
• Taking care of TPA empanelment Documentation and query reply for TPA as well as PSU.
• Raising final bill according to the MOU with the respective corporates.
• Taking care of patient grievances and ensuring prompt response.
