He has done Clinical clerkship in Gastroenterology at KUMC, Kansas city, United States of America. He has many years of experience in treating complex gastrointestinal and hepato-biliary disorders. He specializes in treating Chronic liver disease, acute and chronic viral hepatitis, acute/chronic pancreatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, acute/chronic diarrhea, dyspepsia, acid peptic disease. He has special interest in therapeutic endoscopy including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, side view endoscopy and ERCP.
