Peripheral Angioplasty

Peripheral Angioplasty is a minimally invasive surgical procedure to re-open blood vessels to allow oxygen-rich blood to flow smoothly to the lower extremities (legs).

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI)

TAVI is a surgical procedure performed to replace a blocked or narrowed aortic valve in people who are at greater risk or too sick for open heart surgery. The TAVR(TAVI) procedure involves the implantation of aortic valve without even eliminating the old, damaged valve with the help of a catheter.

Mitral Valve Repair and Replacement (MVR)

MVR fixes problems with your valves and reduces the chances of severe complications. When there is a defect in the mitral valve, it affects the central pumping unit of your heart, the left ventricle. If there is stenosis, enough blood does not fill the ventricle during each stroke. If there is regurgitation, blood leaks back into the atrium during ventricle contraction. When the mitral valve is too stretchy, it may reflect into the left atrium, causing regurgitation or the backflow of blood into the left atrium. This is known as mitral valve prolapse and is one of the most common conditions treated with valve surgery.

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery (CABG)

CABG is a surgical procedure that is used to treat coronary artery disease (CAD). In CAD, a waxy substance called plaque builds up inside the blood vessels (coronary arteries) that are responsible for supplying oxygen and nutrients to the heart muscles. This leads to the narrowing of the coronary arteries. During the procedure, the doctor surgically connects a healthy blood vessel from your leg, arm or chest to the heart and creates a new pathway around the blocked or partially blocked artery to restore blood flow.

Lifestyle modifications, medications, and medical procedures like angioplasty or bypass surgery are often used to manage CAD. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional for accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment options.

Hypertension

High Blood Pressure is commonly known as Hypertension. It is the pressure exerted by blood against the walls of the blood vessels. In this condition, the blood pressure is higher than 140 over 90mmHg.

Heart Failure

Heart failure is a long-term yet quite dangerous situation where your heart starts to malfunction. While there is a specific requirement of blood for your body, in a condition of heart failure, enough blood is not pumped to meet the body's needs. Depending upon the intensity of failure, light, and severe conditions impact the body. Moreover, the intensity of failure also determines the type of heart failure treatment, which can range from doing simple exercises to even a complete surgery.
