Log in to the Hero MotoCorp healthcare services portal.
Download the current certificate. Carry it to the hospital - the PSU desk will not process registration without it.
Book your appointment via Medanta Gurugram's system either for OPD or planned admission.
At the PSU counter, submit the eligibility certificate and a valid photo ID.
After verification, the beneficiary is directed to the relevant clinical department.

Billing Terms
OPD: Billed at concessional rates as per the empanelment schedule. Settled at the counter on the day of the visit
IPD: Cashless, pre-authorisation goes through the PSU desk before the admission is processed. No deposit is taken from the beneficiary.
During Admission: Interim billing is not raised for procedures covered under the empanelment. The account is settled directly between the hospital and Hero MotoCorp at discharge.
Who Is Covered
Primary Beneficiary: Active and retired Hero MotoCorp employees registered under the empanelment.
Dependents: Spouse and eligible dependents (as defined in the beneficiary's entitlement category).
Admission Process: Handled through a dedicated PSU pathway. The Platinum Desk manages eligibility confirmation, room assignment per entitlement grade, and all documentation.
The room category follows the beneficiary's entitlement grade. It cannot be changed at the individual level, regardless of availability.
Entitlement Rooms: Assigned by grade. All categories have standard nursing cover and the necessary medical infrastructure in place.
Suites: Not available under PSU empanelment. Upgrade requests are declined; the billing arrangement does not permit it.
Basis of Allocation: Entitlement norms and clinical requirements only. Ward preference is not a factor.
