Information Management  Documentation of patients – Consent will be signed on assessment visit, Initial assessment will be shared by field physiotherapist to senior / head within 48 hours.  Weekly progress report of the patient need to be deposited to senior/head.  Records and maintains status and contact details of all patients under care.  Adheres to the basic treatment protocol and intimates changes with reason thereof if any. Safe Practice and Environment  Adheres to safe work practices as per standards set by the department and by Medanta.  Adheres to infection control policies & procedures  Ensures a safe and user friendly and comfortable environment for the patient at home  Improving Performance  Pursues actively professional development and implements quality improvement practices  Ensures continuous Quality Improvement through high quality work practices  Assists in the implementation of department quality improvement activities  Participates in professional ongoing education and review of current literature  Participates in regular in-service education  Participates in regular supervision sessions with direct clinical supervisor  Any other duties given by the Head of Physiotherapy (Medanta | Care at Home)   Know More
