Dr. Dheeraj Kumar is an accomplished Internal Medicine specialist with more than 21 years of experience in the Indian Army Medical Corps and tertiary healthcare. He has expertise in managing complex adult illnesses, infectious diseases, intensive care, metabolic disorders and medical emergencies. Honoured with the Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India, he is recognised for exceptional clinical leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has also served as Head of Medicine twice at a United Nations Level II Plus Field Hospital and is actively involved in research, medical education and evidence-based clinical practice.
