He has been instrumental in setting up and upgrading emergency departments across India, including collaborations with the Government of Bihar to strengthen emergency services in district hospitals.
Trained at AIIMS, New Delhi and R.G. Kar Medical College, Kolkata, Dr. Timilsina is proficient in managing complex emergency cases spanning cardiology, neurology, trauma, toxicology, paediatrics, obstetrics, infectious diseases, and disaster response.
