Dr. Kumari Sony is a dedicated Paediatric and Fetal Cardiologist with specialised training in the diagnosis and management of congenital and acquired heart diseases in infants and children. She has completed her DrNB in Paediatric Cardiology from Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Howrah, and has a strong academic background in paediatrics. Her clinical expertise includes basic and advanced transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, fetal echocardiography, and paediatric cardiac catheterisation procedures. She is experienced in managing critically ill neonates and children in intensive care settings and is skilled in the long-term follow-up of patients with complex congenital heart disease. Her approach to care is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and guided by evidence-based practice, with a strong commitment to improving outcomes and quality of life for children with heart disease.
