Dr. Shireen Siddiqui is a highly accomplished microbiologist and infection prevention specialist with over 14 years of experience in India and abroad. She is Certified in Infection Control (CIC) by the Central Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC), USA, and has successfully led large-scale infection prevention and control programs in leading tertiary care hospitals.With her expertise in hospital infection control, antimicrobial stewardship, and quality assurance, Dr. Siddiqui has played a pivotal role in building evidence-based infection prevention frameworks, optimising antibiotic use, and training multidisciplinary teams to ensure world-class patient safety. She was a key member of the COVID-19 response team at King Saud Medical City, Riyadh, where she spearheaded critical infection control initiatives.
