Dr. Saloni Sehgal

Dr. Saloni Sehgal is a senior microbiologist with over two decades of experience in microbiology, hospital infection control and antimicrobial stewardship. A postgraduate from Maulana Azad Medical College, she has led departments in various hospitals and was instrumental in setting up a molecular lab during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has spearheaded hospital infection control and stewardship programmes that significantly reduced infection rates, enhancing patient safety and outcomes.
