Dr Esha Kaul is a Haemato-Oncologist and Bone Marrow Transplant specialist with over 18 years of experience. An alumna of AIIMS, New Delhi, she completed her postgraduate training in Internal Medicine, Haematology and Stem Cell Transplantation at leading centres in the United States, where she achieved certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Haematology.
She has held senior leadership positions at BL Kapoor Super Speciality Hospital, Jaypee Hospital and Max Super Speciality Hospital, where she led the establishment of advanced Bone Marrow Transplant programmes and performed complex transplants including haploidentical and matched unrelated donor procedures. Dr Kaul has also been at the forefront of cellular therapies, including one of the largest CAR-T cell therapy experiences in North India.
