Ms. Akanksha Batra is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical practice in mental health and emotional well-being. Based at Medanta – The Medicity, Gurugram, she is widely respected for her empathetic approach, deep clinical insight, and dedication to evidence-based psychological care.
Ms. Batra works with adolescents, adults, and families facing a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress-related conditions, self-esteem issues, relationship conflicts, and parenting challenges. Her therapeutic work is grounded in an eclectic approach, thoughtfully integrating techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-informed modalities.
