Dr. Rashi Sharma

Dr. Rashi Sharma is a Consultant in Histopathology and Molecular Pathology at Medanta–The Medicity, Gurgaon, with over 13 years of expertise in oncopathology, soft tissue tumors, lymphomas, and molecular diagnostics. She specializes in integrating histopathology with advanced molecular techniques such as next-generation sequencing (NGS), RT-PCR, digital PCR, and FISH, enabling precision oncology in routine clinical practice. As Quality Manager for Surgical and Molecular Pathology at Medanta, she ensures the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and laboratory excellence.

Alongside her clinical role, Dr. Sharma is pursuing a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Oncology and an MSc in Molecular Oncology, strengthening her academic and research foundation. She has authored 35+ publications, contributed to key research projects in lung and bladder cancer, and presented her work at leading national and international forums. An award-winning pathologist with global training and certifications, including from Harvard Medical School, she remains deeply committed to advancing personalized cancer care through the integration of diagnostics, genomics, and translational research.
