Apart from neonatology, has special interest and training in childhood allergies, asthma and nutrition.

Dr. Rana Chanchal is an internationally trained superspecialist in the field of Neonatology with
> 8 years’ experience in managing high risk Neonatal, Perinatal and Pediatric cases. Dr Rana
specializes in care of sick neonates, cooling of neonates with perinatal asphyxia, low birth
weight, premature babies and sepsis requiring level 3 Neonatal care. Dr Rana Chanchal has
published multiple national and international research papers and is an active member of
National Neonatology forum and Indian Academy of pediatrics. Apart from his MD in pediatrics
and international fellowship in Neonatology, he has done post graduate diploma in child health
from Royal College of Pediatric and Child health in London and special courses in childhood
allergies, Asthma and Nutrition. He has also done his LISA training from Nottingham, UK and
has been a former Neonatologist at Royal Oldham Hospital, Manchester, U.K.
