Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Product launches & customization as per market requirements
🔹 Developing marketing creatives, collaterals & training modules for the sales team
🔹 Conducting field visits with the sales team for market surveys, feedback & supporting in pitch calls
🔹 Performing deep data analysis to identify causes of declining/progressing sales and low-margin products, and driving corrective actions
🔹 Organizing regular trainings for newly launched products & refresher sessions
🔹 Driving special campaigns to boost revenue and sales team motivation
🔹 Supporting price negotiations for kits, instruments & software with lab teams
🔹 Creating processes & documentation for specialized departments
🔹 Managing social media marketing through consistent content & awareness videos
Job Objective
To drive successful product launches, marketing initiatives, and training programs in the diagnostics division by aligning with market requirements, supporting the sales team with effective tools and strategies, and ensuring sustainable business growth through data-driven insights and customer engagement.
Qualification
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience in the diagnostics industry with qualification biotechnology or any other relevant field
✅ Strong analytical, communication & collaboration skills
✅ Passion for product management, training, and market engagement
✅ Should be flexible for 6 days' work from office
