A Pakistani Child’s Journey to Medanta for a New Liver | Dr. A.S Soin | Dr. Neelam Mohan

Muhammad Akif, a 6 years old child from Lahore was diagnosed terminal liver failure and had a few months to live. Then he and family made the journey to Medanta in Gurgaon. Dr. AS Soin and Dr Neelam Mohan and their teams from the Liver department performed a successful liver transplant on the child. Today, Akif is back in Lahore, living life like other children his age.
