How to book an Appointment? - For New User
Step 1.1 ) Click on “Find a doctor to book an appointment”, Type the Doctors name.
Step 1.2 ) Select the required doctor
If the name of the doctor is not known, click on “Need help finding a doctor?” to search for a doctor based on Ailment , treatment and select the required doctor
If the name of the doctor is not known, click on “Need help finding a doctor?” to search for a doctor based on speciality and select the required doctor
All the doctors of the speciality will be listed. Select doctor based on their specialization (In their profile).
Step 1.3 ) Enter the contact information (email id ) of the user/ patient and click on Proceed
Step 1.4 ) Enter the correct details of the patient /user.
Step 1.5 ) If the patient / user is already registered with Medanta i.e. already has a UHID – please check on “Patient has Patient ID “
Step 1.6.A ) After confirming the credentials/ details for the user , click on “Proceed”
Step 1.6.B ) If a consultation is required for a family member, click on “Book appointment for family member”. To add a family member – click on “Family member” and select “New Member”
Step 1.7 ) Enter the temporary password/ OTP received in your registered email ID and registered phone number.
Step 1.8 ) Select the mode of consultation and click on “Proceed”
Step 1.9 ) Write about the patient’s condition / chief complain in the white text box (mandatory) and click on “Proceed”
Step 1.10 ) Upload investigation reports or patients previous consultation notes
Step 1.11 ) Select the preferred date and slot
Step 1.12 ) Once you select your preferred slot , the slot will get highlighted, click on “Reserve Slot” to book your slot.
Kindly check the location of your appointment (i.e. Gurgaon/ Delhi / Cybercity) before proceeding.
If your preferred slot is not available , then select “Click Here” at the bottom of the page
Step 1.13 ) Select your preferred date and the preferred time slot – Either Morning / Evening and click on “Proceed”
Step 1.14 ) You can either choose – “Pay now “ for prepayment or “Pay later “ for paying at the hospital.’
Step 1.15 ) You can select the mode of pre- payment
Step 1.16 ) Your request has been raised
Step 1.17 ) You can pre-pay for your appointment any time before the actual consultation takes place on your eClinic Dashboard
Step 1: login and click on "MY REPORTS"
Step 2: All the Reports of the Patient will be listed date wise/ Doctor Wise
Step 3: Click on the report symbol to view the report.
Step 4: Report is now visible you can scroll to view the complete report.

Step 2: Click on options menu on the top-left corner and Select “My Family members”.
Step 3: Click on “Add New member”.
Step 4:Members can be added either by “Link Registered Members” or “Link New Member”.
a. How to Link a Registered Member: If the family member has visited Medanta before and has a Medanta ID (MM00****12)
i. Type the Medanta ID of the family member and the click on “Submit”
ii. Select the relationship of the family member to be added.
iii. Enter OTP received at Contact number registered with Medanta (Shown above) and click on “Submit”.
iv. Family member is linked successfully and now appointment can be booked for the linked family member as well.

The User agrees and acknowledges that the User has read, understood and accepts the terms and conditions contained in the brochure provided with the Device (“Device”) with respect to its usage, operations, return / replacement and warranty policy.
The User hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Device (hardware and software) used in the provision
of services by Medanta is being provided on “as is” and “as available” basis through Alivecor India Private
Limited. Neither does Medanta endorse or promote the Device in any manner nor will Medanta be liable
for any claims, representations or warranties, whether express or implied as to the safety, reliability,
durability and performance of the device.
The services once availed cannot be cancelled except in cases where the User requests to cancel the service on the day of purchase in which case, full amount of service fees shall be refunded to the User provided that the Device has not been unboxed.
Before the expiry of service duration, the User can extend the services by availing various program options. For the said purposes, the User can call our helpline number +91 124 4141414 or visit www.medanta.org. The extended program availed by the User shall be activated automatically on expiry of existing program of services.
In cases where the User has opted for availing the Services through rented Device, a refundable deposit amount of ₹ 5,000 (“Deposit Amount”) shall be applicable and paid by the User. The refund of Deposit Amount shall be subject to return of the Device in working and undamaged condition. Refund of Deposit Amount shall be made through the same mode of payment as that of purchase in cases where the User personally visits the Medanta for returning the Device. If the User opts to return the Device through post, Deposit Amount shall be refunded electronically thorough NEFT or Bank transfer by Medanta within seven (7) working days of receipt of the Device and receipt of scanned image/copy of the ‘Cancelled Cheque’ of the User’s bank account.
