Medanta has enlisted various service providers to help organise a range of ancillary services for the convenience of patients, caregivers and visitors.

We help you with accommodation & travel


Patients, families and visitors can find comfortable and safe accommodation in the vicinity of the hospital. There is a range of accommodation available from low budget guest houses to the finest luxury hotels.  Our patient support services team can help you with reservations and discounts or preferential rates.

Medanta has six room categories available for patients. The categories range from economical to luxurious rooms like suite. All the rooms as designed to meet patient comfort, safety and infection control requirements.

Tours and Travel

Our travel service desk will help you coordinate bookings and ticketing for domestic and international flights, booking bus tickets and railway tickets and also facilitating ‘Tatkal’ railway ticket confirmations. Patients and visitors may also make taxi bookings from the travel desk.

Tour packages can be availed including religious or sightseeing packages which are managed by experienced travel professionals with an option of customised packages as per specific needs and demands.

Making airport transfer convenient for patients and their care takers, Medanta has launched an airport Meet & Assist service at both Terminal T3 and Terminal 1D at the Delhi Airport. Patients who avail this service will be received by a Medanta executive right at the aerobridge. The executive will assist the patient and their caretaker with baggage transfer, navigating through the airport in a buggy, wheelchair assistance, and cab travel to Medanta or guest house. This will ensure smooth and hassle free passage through the airport and a reliable ride thereafter. An ambulance will also be made available, if required.

The Meet & Assist service can be requested while booking a doctor appointment or at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Food and nourishment

Medanta provides a wide range of dietary offerings for its patients. Care is always taken regarding each patient’s diet; taking into consideration the doctor’s prescription, allergies, nutritional requirements as well as personal preferences. Specialised international patient diets are also available.

Teaching Kitchen

Medanta’s department of dietetics has partnered with the food and beverage department to launch a Teaching Kitchen. The" Teaching Kitchen" is a culinary program where expert dieticians help caregivers with tips for leading a healthy lifestyle and the chef demonstrates easy cooking techniques for making delicious healthy and happy meals. The chef also shares with the participants some healthy and tasty recipes in a personalised binder.

For Cancer Patients

Cancer patients have high nutrition requirements related to their disease conditions and treatment side effects. In the Teaching Kitchen, we help cancer patients and caregivers modify their cooking so that the food they consume becomes high in nutrition.

For Cardiac Patients

In case of cardiac patients, we discuss healthy food and making healthy food choices. Caregivers are taught to cook baked and steamed dishes and are shown how to prepare healty salads which will keep their loved ones heart healthy.

At Medanta, we have a 24x7 pharmacy on the Upper Ground Floor which is well stocked with over the counter and prescription drugs to meet patient requirements.

Medanta has a multibrand optical store to meet all your optical needs.

Our Patient Support Services desk will arrange for any other shopping items from a nearby store according to your need and request.

Errands and tasks

At Medanta the Patient Support Services will assist with personal affairs including shopping, laundry services, movie tickets and other personal concierge services.

Pre-Paid mobile recharge and Post Paid mobile bill payment made available for all Indian Service Provider

Visitors can avail a 24 hour courier service for all kind of international/domestic parcel and also request for special hand delivery of packages.

Internet services

We offer you internet facilities while you stay with us at Medanta. Apart from the basic WiFi connectivity, our patients enjoy additional services .

Wi- Fi facility helps you easily access high speed internet even on your personal system, so that your work doesn't suffer.

Our printing services aid you by providing black-and-white and colour prints of the required documents when needed. We also have photocopy and scanning facilities.

Medical Loan Services

Medical emergencies are unforeseen, and often one is not prepared enough to deal with the financial repercussions they have. So that finances do not become a barrier to treatment, Medanta has partnered with Arogya Finance to help patients or their family members avail personal loans at short notice. The loan provides coverage for doctor’s fee, pharmacy bills, hospital stay, surgery, and other charges. The application process requires one to furnish necessary documents, and the loan is disbursed within 72 hours of application. EMIs are paid by the applicant over a period of agreed timeline. Advisors at the Arogya Finance helpdesk on the UG floor lobby can be contacted for the detailed loan process.
