Quality of Care

Medanta as an institution stands for safe and quality patient care provided by the best clinicians supported by world class technology and infrastructure. People come to Medanta with the trust that they are in the best and safest hands. We strive to keep up and nurture this trust that our patients bestow upon us.

Medanta qualitatively and quantitatively measures the quality of care it provides to its patients and their satisfaction with the care received. This encompasses compliance to structural safety norms like equipment maintenance and fire safety, adherence to patient and staff safety processes and measurement of clinical outcomes.
